Cancellation requests are reviewed so we can stop renewal and safely wind down any phone, SMS, follow-up, review, or AI automation without breaking your customer communications. Unless you request immediate shutdown and ProspectPull confirms it, service continues through your current paid-through billing period.

This prevents ProspectPull from chasing bad-fit jobs or setting expectations for services you do not offer.

Phone number and call routing

Set up the ProspectPull phone number, routing, voicemail, and call handling.

We will not replace your main number or add charges without review and approval. This is an acknowledgement, not a blank-check authorization. We will not enable paid phone/SMS features until the setup and pricing are reviewed.

Text-message compliance

Collect the information carriers require before ProspectPull can send texts.

Texting cannot go live until compliance is approved. We only ask what is needed to prepare a safe review.

This is about legal/carrier rules for business texting. It does not stop calls, email, or internal setup.

Website lead capture

Set up website chat or form capture.

This helps us prepare website lead capture without needing back-and-forth later.

Lead follow-up

Set up workflow triggers, channels, timing, and stop rules.

These settings control follow-up timing and tone. They do not authorize spam or unlimited texting.

Review requests

Set up the standard post-job review request.

Included for Basic and above. Requests stay approval-gated and should only go out after completed work.

Booking assist

Help customers move toward booking without confirming appointments for you.

Growth booking assist collects preferred appointment windows and sends booking-ready leads to your team. ProspectPull will not directly book your calendar.

How support works

ProspectPull support reviews tickets first. Billing, compliance, phone/text deliverability, severe outages, and premium issues are escalated to a senior reviewer.
